The role
As a Junior PMO Analyst, you enjoy working within a fast-paced environment across a variety of projects and workflows. You’ll relish the opportunity to support the Tech function of Halfords in the delivery of multiple complex, high-value projects, while owning the processing of key financial artefacts including Invoices, Purchase Orders and Statements of Work.
You are organised, inquisitive and collaborative with a strong attention to detail, thriving on using your solutions-oriented mindset to solve problems and contribute to process improvements within the team.

Key responsibilities
- Manage and effectively process a high volume of invoices, statements of work and purchase orders
- Develop and embed process improvements in administrative functions across the Tech PMO team
- Produce clear and concise minutes and actions from meetings
- Support project governance processes and the preparation of key governance materials
- Support Project Managers in the maintenance of Monday.com project data
- Log and report on project risks and issues
About you
- Previous experience in a Graduate / Junior PMO capacity in a mid-to large scale, complex organisation
- Expertise in being highly organised, inquisitive and collaborative
- Commercial awareness and understanding of what Projects and Portfolios are delivering in addition to the value they add
- IT literate - awareness of tools such as Monday.com, Teams, SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to collate, analyse and present large datasets
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Project Management Certification (PRINCE2 / PMP / OPM3) would be desirable.
