Key duties include:
- Generate accurate invoices from completed Job Sheets, following customer Service Level Agreements
- Welcome walk-in customers and provide helpful, friendly service every time
- Check Job Sheets for accuracy and completion, chasing up any missing information
- Support the Site Manager and wider team in achieving sales, profit, and service targets
- Log and assign customer call-outs to Technicians using their tablets
- Order consumables in line with policies and health & safety standards
- Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally, delivering a high level of customer service

Skills & Experience:
- Great customer service skills with experience in a customer-facing role
- Comfortable working towards set goals and targets
- Experience working with IT systems and computer-based ordering systems
- Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills
- Open to learning and taking on new training or initiatives
