The Role
As Delivery Manager, you’ll lead the execution of our volume recruitment strategy, ensuring we attract the right talent across retail and autocentres. You’ll oversee a high-performing team, using data and key metrics to improve time, cost, quality, and service. Your work will help shape Halfords as an employer of choice, creating a first-class recruitment experience for candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimise recruitment strategies across multiple channels.
• Oversee the candidate journey, ensuring a high-quality, consistent experience.
• Build and maintain talent pools for critical roles.
• Align recruitment efforts with workforce plans and operational needs.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, embedding an SLA and KPI culture.
• Manage offer processes, minimising declined offers and non-starters.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of candidate sourcing, technology, and analytics.
• Knowledge of UK recruitment legislation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
