Key Responsibilities:

• You will complete the Trainee Technician training program, which will last between 6 and 12 months, depending on experience. You will be mentored by an experienced colleague and monitored by the H&S training and compliance team. You will learn all policies and procedures relevant to your role including the Safe Systems of Work. You will be trained to complete the below qualifications
• Ensuring we consistently meet customer demand for all services offered
• Always maintain high-quality work
• Attention to detail and confident and capable in your technical ability
• Ensuring you follow all policies and processes to conduct work to the highest standards
• Always meet the DVSA guidelines & standards

All our Mobile Commercial Tyre technicians will be trained in REACT—Roadside Emergency Action Concerning Technician's standards. This is the licence to work safely on the roadside.

Required Skills

• Passion for working in the automotive industry and to obtain the relevant qualifications
• Strong customer service skills
• Flexibility and willingness to work overtime
• Possess a full, current driving licence
