We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented, and professional Event Coordinator to manage, execute, and attend events that showcase our B2B employee benefit schemes. This role is responsible for end-to-end event planning and on-site execution, working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with business objectives.

The majority of events will be Benefits Days, where companies present employee benefits. The Event Coordinator will not only oversee logistics but will also play a key role in engaging employees and promoting these schemes directly at events. This role requires a confident driver, as it involves travelling across the UK and will occasionally require overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, attend, and manage in-person events, including Benefits Days, standalone events, and virtual roadshows.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their event objectives are met.

  • Actively promote the Cycle2Work scheme, supporting B2B sales through strategic event participation.

  • Educate and promote all B2B propositions.

  • Engage with employees at events, answering questions, providing guidance, and encouraging scheme sign-ups.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event materials and presentations align with brand messaging.

  • Handle event logistics, including venue coordination, scheduling, and client management.

  • Troubleshoot challenges and adapt to ensure smooth event execution.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and logistics efficiently.

  • Time Management: Strong prioritisation skills to handle tight deadlines and competing demands.

  • Communication & Sales Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to engage with employees and clients while actively selling schemes.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Quick thinking and adaptability to address challenges during planning and execution.

  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring all aspects of an event run seamlessly.

  • Industry Knowledge: A background or strong interest in cycling and/or the automotive sector is essential.

  • Full UK Driving license
