Joining our existing team of experts, you’ll aim to resolve all issues at first point of contact, problem solving in the moment and delivering a professional, courteous, and customer-centred service.

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

  • Customer service skills/experience, or a passion and enthusiasm for great customer service (we’ll provide full training – so formal call centre experience isn’t essential!)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be comfortable communicating effectively at all levels
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure, and a positive, problem-solving attitude
  • A focus on taking ownership to resolve issues and help customers

Working hours/location:

  • Full-time (up to 40hrs per week) and part-time roles available
  • Rotating shift pattern between 08:00-22:00, including early, mid and late shifts
  • No more than 1 in 3 weekends, with days off in lieu during the week
  • Various working options available: Remote, Hybrid and On Site (Redditch, Worcestershire)
